Practicing yoga, asanas are not the end goal
Softness is not the end goal either
Difficult asanas are not the ultimate goal
The real purpose is the balance of body and mind

Close your eyes and feel
When you are practicing easy sitting
Everything looks easy
Breathing is deep and relaxing
The eyebrows are stretched and relaxed
Can you feel every inch of your body?
Do you feel well focused on the present moment?
If everything feels easy and natural
That's because you're in a state of mind-body balance

Yoga, the real purpose is not asana
Yoga taught me to learn patience and keep practicing
When mind and body learn to maintain balance
The mind also remains calm when you are most uncomfortable

Real yoga
Not about the shape of your body
It's about the shape of your life
Yoga doesn't care who you were
Yoga cares about who you become

The ultimate goal of yoga is not asana
Yoga doesn't have to be a master
but let us overcome
Degeneration, anxiety, negative energy, disease
become self-disciplined, become peaceful
stay away from bad habits
Find the state of your years
passion for life
